Why does everyone end up saying we have a lack of English/British nurses and doctors?
My missus is a nurse and her sister the same, they studied it at university and ended up getting a job as a nurse.
The problem is that too many youngsters do to university to study useless subjects, that ultimately end up in dead end jobs cause you can't transfer their "degree" into anything useful.
Get youngsters interested in such things as nursing male or female, you'll then get more English or British people working in hospitals. It isn't a case of them not being given a chance to do so.

See this is the problem. The subject is clearly Islamic extremism yet some people manage to almost seamlessly conflate the issue with foreign NHS staff and therefore turn the subject into something it isn't.
The next step is then probably immigration in general and then, ultimately, "racism". Bang, we've managed to derail any hope of honest discussion on one of the biggest threats to this country in decades cos it's been turned it into a "race" issue.
As long as this keeps happening we'll never have a solution cos some cunts are only interested in shutting people up by labeling them "racist" instead of addressing complicated subjects.

Of course it doesn’t matter, but there a shortage of doctors and nurses here, so any immigrants coming here are not doctors and nurses, only people that require doctors and nurses.. which is why we need more doctors and nurses.

To be fair the last time I was in hospital with a blocked bladder the so called expert of Urology (who was going to send me home even though I was standing in a nice pool of bloodied piss shaking like a leaf at the bottom of my bed) ... and English bloke... was next to fucking useless..... the one guy that got me out of the absolute immense pain I was in and back on the road to recovery was a young Junior Doctor (Asian bloke with a beard... imagine he was a Muslim but I never thought to ask)... sought him out when I got discharged and thanked him for his understanding and empathy... so the morale of my little story... it does not matter what nationality they are
